i:SY COMPACT

Which i:SY is right for me?

What you need to do is test-ride bikes as many times as it takes! 
This is the only way to find out which i:SY is the perfect match for your preferences and requirements.

First things first: it's important to point out that the basic components are identical on all our i:SY models. We distinguish between different gear shifts. This reflects in the names given to our i:SY models. Furthermore, we use different kinds of motors. The final distinctive feature is the drive. Most of our models are driven by toothed belt, but some also ride with a chain.

i:SY S8

Our S8 models are equipped with the SHIMANO Nexus 8-speed hub gear. The i:SY S8 F is equipped with a freewheel. The i:SY S8 RT features a back-pedal brake. Fitted with the harmonious BOSCH Active Line Plus motor our i:SY S8 F / i:SY S8 RT is ideal for everyday use. This model is only available with a toothed belt drive by GATES.  

The i:SY S8 K is an exception. It is equipped with a derailleur gear system first and foremost for a lesser total weight. Whereas the i:SY S8 F B stands out because of the stylish brown leather components such as the handles and the saddle, matched with brown tyres.

i:SY S10

Our i:SY S10 Adventure models are fitted with the SHIMANO Tiagra 10-speed derailleur gears. The difference between the two models lies in the frame. We offer the model with our classic frame 1.0 and with the new frame 2.0. Latter is characterised by the frame integrated, theft-proof quick release for the saddle.
In combination with the powerful BOSCH Performance Line CX motor, the S10 Adventure feels at ease in any terrain. During off-road trips, the suspension fork ensures extra shock absorption. The Smart Sam deep-tread tyres guarantee the right grip, even on gravel tracks.

i:SY E5

The E5 model series is one of the most popular gear shifts within the i:SY family. It stands out because of its carefree package. It is fitted with the SHIMANO Nexus 5-speed hub gear, which was especially developed for e-bikes. Together with the GATES® toothed belt, this makes for an unrivalled duo – clean and low-maintenance. Perfect for travellers who love to take their i:SY E5 ZR along in the caravan.

It is equipped with the BOSCH Performance Line as well as the BOSCH Performance Line CX motor. Our Design Editions feature more E5 models with unique designs.

If you are in for a ride away from well paved bike routes, we have just the right model for you. Our brand new i:SY E5 ZR F CX Adventure – equipped with suspension fork, suspension dropper seat post and deep-tread tyres it combines comfort and offroad qualities in one.

i:SY N3.8

Our i:SY N3.8 ZR models are equipped with the continuously variable ENVIOLO 380 hub gear and a low-maintenance toothed belt by GATES®. With the powerful BOSCH Performance Line and the new generation Performance Line CX motors, the N3.8 models are ideal for frequent riders and pleasure cyclists alike, on flat or hilly terrain.

As standard, our Comfort models are fitted with a suspension seat post from by,schulz, handlebars with a greater offset, a shorter stem as well as a larger saddle.

The brand-new model in this series is the i:SY N3.8 ZR Auto Comfort. With the new technology – eShift AUTOMATIQ – cycling is back in the focus. The gear shift is customised to the individual pedal frequency. This means no matter up or down the hill, you keep pedalling at the same speed. And the best thing: there is no more gear lever at the handlebar – for a cleaner handlebar and a better overview.

i:SY P12

Our i:SY P12 models are equipped with the innovative Motor.Gearbox.Unit (MGU) by PINION. A unit which combines gear shift and motor in one. With a transmission range of 600 percent and 85 Nm assistance, it packs a real punch. Thanks to its closed system, the MGU is extremely low-maintenance and practically wear-free – making it unbelievably durable. Gear shift and motor are perfectly synchronised, creating a harmonious riding experience. Another highlight of the MGU – gears can even be shifted while on an unexpected slope. The Compact Core battery by FIT with 800 Wh of capacity ensures a maximum range. The highlight of the new frame shape is the integrated quick release!

Our brand-new model – the i:SY P12 ZR Adventure – comes with suspension fork, deep-tread tyres and suspension dropper seat post. It unlocks its full potential on unpaved roads.
